Hello Product People !

We are back after short winter break and we are happy to invite you to the first event in 2024 during which you will hear intresting talks followed by networking part.

Our first guests will be Tomasz Klimek who will visit us with his lecture about: How to maximize product value with AI?

Where are you on your AI journey?

Tomasz will dive into strategies for optimising product value with AI capabilities, including both traditional and generative AI techniques. He will also concentrate on improving productivity with AI tools, specifically addressing the Product Manager role. His goal will be to provide practical insights and guidance to enhance your AI journey.

Tomasz is a seasoned professional, leading AI & Data-driven, Cloud Native Software & Platform projects with a relentless focus on high performance and best practices. He collaborates directly with clients across diverse industries to tackle business challenges, drive lean product evolution, and navigate ongoing digital transformation. His software development approach is rooted in the Lean Startup methodology. With a strong technical background as a former Software Engineer, Tomasz specialized in complex architectural solutions development and computer vision. His driving force is a persistent curiosity and a commitment to staying at the forefront of the latest technologies.

Our second speaker will be Jan Pacan who will tell us about "What I learned from a B2B discovery on three continents"

Jan will share his learnings from leading product discovery across cultures. From the assertive Americans, through direct Finns and talkative Italians, to the surprisingly casual Japanese. He will also share practical methods he found useful in making sure changes in business priorities don't derail the research, and that stakeholders take insights seriously.

BIO:

Jan is a product manager based in Luxembourg, leading a B2B product in the patent & trademark sector, with users from companies like Airbus and Mars. Formerly, he led product discovery and strategy consulting projects. He also did qualitative research for companies such as Nestle and Santander. Jan also taught Design Thinking to M.Sc. students at AGH University. In addition to his product skills, he brings a versatile expertise in product discovery, workshop facilitation, and long-term strategy. A strong advocate for lean UX. Outside of work, he's a former national triathlon champion gearing up for an Ironman debut this year.
