We are happy to invite you to the next event during which you will hear intresting talks followed by networking part.

Our first guests will be Beata Matras and Agnieszka Rutkiewicz who will visit us with their lecture: OKRs in action: Business success and Personal development

In this speech, we will tackle OKRs from two angles: professional and personal. The first part, led by Aga, will focus on advanced business implementation of OKRs. The session will address common challenges and their solutions, using real-world examples to illustrate success stories and lessons learned from failed attempts.

The second part, presented by Beata, will delve into the personal application of OKRs. We will explore why OKRs are beneficial for personal and professional growth, emphasizing the advantages and impact. Beata will share her personal OKRs and highlight the impact and learnings from using personal OKRs in her product management approach, concluding with key takeaways and actionable insights.

Beata
I'm Beata Matras, a Product Manager driven by both profession and passion. With experience in IT and finance, I currently navigate the FinTech world as a Product Owner for a mobile app. I also host a podcast, ‘doing it my way by beata matras,’ where I share insights and interviews on project and product management. Outside of work, I enjoy running, cycling, cooking, and writing.

Agnieszka
I'm Agni, a seasoned product manager with a background in both startups and big corporations. My passion lies in effectiveness, execution, and solving customer problems. Mastering OKRs has been transformative for me, and I'm keen on implementing them wherever I work. Outside the office, I cherish time with family, friends, nature, and books. And I'm always eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share my enthusiasm for making a meaningful impact in the world of product management.

Our third speaker will be Grzegorz Wojciechowski who will tell us about following topic:
You are a customer of Platform Engineering

This presentation will delve into how the transformation to cloud-based solutions has led to the emergence of platform product management role in numerous corporations across the entire IT industry. It will highlight how platform product managers and engineers come together to form a cohesive unit known as ‘platform engineering’. The primary mission of this unit is twofold: to enhance the productivity and focus of engineers, and to accelerate the delivery of value to customers by businesses.

BIO:
Grzegorz Wojciechowski, currently serving as a Platform Product Manager at Sabre, brings with him over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically within the travel sector. His professional journey includes 2 years of product management and a solid decade as a software engineer. Grzegorz is deeply passionate about modern product management practices, particularly those that are emerging within the platform sphere. Outside of his professional life, Grzegorz is a visionary founder who, despite a few startup attempts, remains passionately committed to his entrepreneurial journey.
