What Propulse Lab Co-Built with AWS, and What We Learned"
Aliénor is the founder and CEO of Propulse Lab, which incubates and accelerates subscription companies toward millions in ARR, and builds the platform behind it all, working with brands across health, wellness, and finance.

Tolgay has been in product for almost 10 years (writing that shocked him). Most of them at Migros Online, where he hopes your groceries came with a great experience. Now Head of Product at Propulse Lab, he builds the platform that helps subscription brands grow.

Guirec is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Propulse Lab. His specialty: spotting where a fast, pragmatic solution can create outsized impact, then shipping it. From support tickets to growth workflows, he turns messy operational data into automations that teams actually use.

7:15 PM - Talk 2: Artem Demidov - "Beyond Vibe Coding: Building AI Prototypes That Last"
Artem is a Senior Applied AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in data and AI across industries. He's architected and deployed an agentic system for managing dozens of solar plants, integrating tools for observability and maintainability. He also shapes AI-assisted development practices within his team, focusing on efficiency, code quality, and sustainable product development.
