We are all unique with our unique stories, unique tips, tricks and experiences. Each of us has something interesting to share, so let’s meet and let’s try to discover the best practices of joining a company as PM. I will start by sharing my day-one experiences at different companies and we'll take it from there.

We all remember companies like Kodak, Nokia and BlockBuster and what happened to them, so let us learn with history and see why we should go out of the office and meet our clients and users especially when we have brilliant people working on our products and companies.
Getting out of the office and engaging with customers and users, so we can feel the pulse of those who use (or not) our product, not to get a long list of very specific requests and features, but to get data so we can detect pains and patterns that will allow us to drive the product towards real needs.
Never forget that a product is successful when it is easy, convenient and serves a purpose. So let us make sure we are developing products for real people with real needs :)
Short Bio:
A funny mix between someone who started off as a Computer Science Student at IST because he loved to solve tech problems, but then moved to the Neuro Cognitive Sciences as he understood that although tech is important, tech alone does nothing until it is put to good use by people.
Found his passion in Human Computer Interaction while doing AR, Video Mapping and Interactive Digital Experiences at Ydreams, and he has kept his love for the role of humans in the tech world ever since. Currently works at OutSystems where he has helped to set up the UX practice and developed a strong relationship with big clients and their users.
One of his big passions is to learn and pass knowledge and he as some webinars and provides training in both Lean UX and Product Experience.
