Tim Gregory – Product Director at AVIV Group (Marketplaces)
Tim Gregory has been leading Product teams in Marketplace businesses for the past 15 years and had the opportunity to work on platforms operating across 15 countries. Tim is based in Lisbon, and currently focused on Real Estate Marketplaces in France, Germany and Belgium.
Tim will share war stories and learnings about building products to serve multiple markets, often times where you don’t speak the language of your customers and don’t have easy ways to observe them.

André Marquet – Founder & CEO at Productized
André Marquet is the founder and CEO of Productized, where he helps companies launch impactful digital products. With a masters in telecom and computer engineering, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset to innovation. He co-founded ventures like Beta-i, and worked for leading telecom companies and advised leading European firms: He's an invited lecturer at institutions such as Business School in Porto, Técnico, and ISEG in Lisbon and IE in Madrid. He's currently coordinating the Digital Product Management executive course in Católica.
