Bruce McCarthy – “Stakeholder Management Secrets”
Bruce McCarthy, founder of Product Culture and author of Product Roadmaps Relaunched and his latest Aligned: Stakeholder Management for Product Leaders, has helped companies like NewStore, Camunda, Socure, and Toast achieve their product visions through advising, accelerator programs, and building product culture. He is President Emeritus of the Boston Product Management Association and a head judge at the Harvard Business School New Venture Competition.
In his session, “Stakeholder Management Secrets”, Bruce will share practical strategies for gaining and maintaining alignment with stakeholders, building trust, and ensuring your product roadmap drives impact across the organization.

Ricardo Luiz – “Build with purpose”
Ricardo Luiz is a seasoned Product Leader and AI & UX expert with nearly 20 years of experience building digital products and leading cross-functional teams at companies such as OutSystems, Pipedrive, Talkdesk, and Unbabel. As Founder of No BS People, Ricardo empowers teams and organizations to align on purpose, improve collaboration, and deliver better products.
In his session, “Build with Purpose”, he will show how defining purpose, fostering trust, and implementing effective team practices can transform disengaged teams into high-performing, outcome-driven groups that consistently deliver value.
