Building a product culture is often viewed as a luxury for tech giants, but it is a battle won in the trenches. From luxury fashion and automotive e-commerce to SaaS and traditional retail, Sara shares a realistic but hopeful vision for cultivating a product mindset in any environment. Drawing on experiences at OutSystems, Farfetch, Autodoc, and Wells, she demonstrates how anyone can "move the needle" regardless of background or resources by transforming feature wishlists into strategic intent and using evidence-based wins to shape product culture where none existed before.

Bio:
Sara Cruz, Head of Product @ Wells, has 15 years of experience in tech, spanning engineering, design, and 9 years in product management. A data geek and user advocate, she learned from experts at industry giants OutSystems and Farfetch before shaping product culture across deep-tech startups, luxury fashion power houses, and traditional brick-and-mortar retailers. Having worked on products with 4 million users and combined revenue over €2B, she focuses on building high-performance teams and driving incremental product maturity in organizations with diverse backgrounds.

Bio:
Ines Lourenço is CPTO at Dealfront, where she leads product, data, design, and engineering for a B2B lead generation platform. Before that, she led Product Growth at Usercentrics, helping scale the company from 1 to 100M+ ARR. She has spent her career building products and systems for B2B SaaS companies across Europe. Today she's focused on enabling marketers to turn their websites into lead generation machines — and using AI to help them do it better.

How to find the room: If you arrive by car, take a ticket to enter and park in the Sonae MC outside park, and then enter in Block D where it says "Reception". The auditorium has an entrance near the reception. At the end of the event, validate the ticket at the reception so you don't have to pay for the parking. There are also direct public buses from Marques de Pombal every 10m around that time.
