Natalie Hollier, Product Strategy and Design Principal, ThoughtWorks
Natalie has worked in the tech industry for nearly 10 years on digital products in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia and with distributed teams in India, Brazil and Poland. Currently she is the lead for Product Strategy and Design at ThoughtWorks in North America where she is an innovation consultant for startups, NGOs and Fortune 500s on their digital product strategy. She is also the NYC Regional Ambassador for Technovation Challenge, the worlds largest mobile app competition, to empower girls as future entrepreneurs.

Diana Adorno, Product Designer and Researcher, ThoughtWorks
Diana is a designer, researcher and strategist who produces digital products using an Agile and Lean approach. She continually experiments with different aspects of the design process to reveal intuitive, feasible designs as well as the transformation for people and organisations. She has worked across many industries and pulls insights across all of them. She has a technical, design and a qualitative research background in Cognitive Anthropology. Diana has worked globally as consultant on digital products in Australia, Asia, UK and Europe.

Katherine Alsop, Service Designer, ThoughtWorks
Katherine is passionate about ensuring organisations put their customers at the centre of product or service development. She has extensive experience in the government domain, at Government Digital Service (UK) and the Digital Transformation Agency (AU) as well as many other private sector organisations.
