✨ About our speakers

• Alexandra Mohsen
  Alex is the Senior Product Operations Manager at SSENSE where she leads Product Ops. She was a Product Manager for 4 years at SSENSE before transitioning into the role and building the function a little over a year ago. Alex has been working in and around product for over 12 years. Before joining SSENSE, Alex worked in product at various other companies such as Yellow Pages Group (where she started her career) and National Bank of Canada.
• Francis Valois
  Francis Valois is a Senior Product Manager at Jane, a clinic management software that serves over 34,000 clinics worldwide. With a background in Computer Programming, Francis has a decade of experience as a developer and over 7 years in product management. Before joining Jane, he founded his own company, Medzy, an online pharmacy platform. Francis is passionate about product management and actively contributes to the community. He writes the weekly newsletter, Product Pantry, where he interviews Product Leaders about their Product Operations. He has also launched Coachgroup, an online community where product managers can come together and share their challenges and experiences.

  Raisa is a Product Operations Manager at Coffrages Synergy Formwork, a construction industry Innovation Lab that commercializes products that improve the constructions industry at large. Prior to joining Coffrages Synergy Formwork, she worked as Product Operations and Product Manager at Decisioning IT, TickSmith Corp, SweetIQ.
