Adopting the Product Operating Model: Lessons from the Frontline

Details
Join us to learn, connect, and celebrate at the final ProductTank meetup of the 2024-2025 season before a well-deserved summer break!
*** This event will be a fireside chat***
It’s been over a year since Marty Cagan released Transformed and sparked widespread conversations across the global product community about what it really means to operate as a modern product organization. Now that the dust has settled, it’s time to ask: how well does the Product Operating Model actually hold up in the real world?
Join us for a candid fireside chat where we’ll reflect on how this model has been adopted, adapted, or challenged across different companies and contexts. This isn’t a book review — it’s a chance to talk honestly about what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ve learned.
