Product management doesn't exist in a vacuum. For this event, we're flipping the script: instead of hearing from product managers about what they do, we're handing the mic to the people who depend on product the most, and who make product better in return.

Laura Bélavoir is a Software Engineering Manager at Auth0 and Co-chair of Pride@Okta. Having grown from hands-on software engineering through team lead and management roles at companies like Commure and TrackTik, Laura has lived the full arc of what it means to build the things product envisions — and she knows how the relationship between engineering and product can either accelerate delivery or create friction.

Hélène Sirois is a Business Solutions Architect, Senior UX Expert, and founder of Osmosia Multimedia, where she has practiced UX research and design for over 15 years. A UX educator at several Montreal colleges and a mentor at École de technologie supérieure, Hélène brings a practitioner's depth to the conversation about how design and product co-create — and where that collaboration breaks down.

Kjell Kolstad is a VP of Partnerships and Business Development, currently with The Acceleration Agency and RWI Synthetics, and a long-time startup mentor with Next AI. Having built partnership functions at companies ranging from BlackBerry to Element AI, Kjell understands what it takes to bring a product to market — and what product teams need to understand about the world outside their roadmap.

Together, they represent a big part of the ecosystem surrounding product: the team that builds it, the discipline that shapes how people experience it, and the function that takes it to the world.
