For years, being a Product Manager meant mastering a craft: discovering problems, shaping solutions, delivering value. That's still true.

What's changed is how the craft is practiced when AI is part of how we work.

Most PMs have already used AI to write a PRD or summarize a call. Fewer have used it for the hard part: figuring out what's actually true about a product before committing to build anything.

That's what this session is about. You'll leave with:

✅ A product overview you built yourself, where facts and unverified beliefs are kept apart on purpose

✅ A trained eye for the beliefs AI invents with total confidence, and the ones you could actually go test

✅ A framed opportunity: a real problem, for a specific segment, backed by signals, with no solution attached yet

✅ A walk through the full AI-first product workflow, from idea to shipped feature, with real outputs at every stage, so you know where what you built today goes next

✅ And one shift in how you see the role: AI is the first resource, and the PM is the filter with reality. The judgment is the job.
