Plan, Plot, and Play: an interactive product roadmapping experience

Details
It’s December, and you’ve got your 2024 roadmap pretty much squared away. Well done!
Now fast forward to January… your customers are grappling with some unexpected new pain points. Your competitors just released a new version of their product that is better than your current offering. Your boss’ boss spent the holiday break getting excited about a bunch of fresh new ideas. Whatever the case may be... Time to re-map that roadmap!
Join us at the next ProductTank Pittsburgh Meetup to explore various strategies and techniques for Product Roadmapping. This Meetup will use a “Shift and Share” approach, where several Pittsburgh Product professionals will share some of their favorite roadmapping tips, while Meetup attendees will shift (rotate) between stations to learn more about each of the roadmapping strategies or techniques. We have three excellent Product leaders who will be sharing their roadmapping tips at this Meetup:
- Brian Utz, Vice President of Product Management at Sopheon
- Kimberly Zahler, Strategic Design Consultant and Founder of Zahler Design
- Jim Fisher, Principal Product Strategist at DICK'S Sporting Goods
This Meetup topic will have a practical and hands-on flair, based on feedback you have provided for the ProductTank community!
The Meetup will start at 6pm on Tuesday, January 23 at the Code & Supply Coworking space: 5648 Friendship Ave 3rd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15206
We will gather and network from 6:00-6:30ish, then get started with the roadmapping fun.
Want to discuss anything else in the meantime? Start a community conversation in the ProductTank Pittsburgh Slack!
