The most effective - and successful - PMs & PM Leaders are the ones that know how to directly connect their work with the things that your executives & investors care the most about – how to really ‘move the needle’ on your business.

In our session, we’re going to do a deep dive on the Metrics That Matter and how to deliver more product value and ROI from the investment your company has made in your PM team.

But more than merely listening to a talk about it, we will roll up our sleeves and do an interactive exercise that shows you how.

We will introduce some common business metrics categories and use the Solution Tree (‘How Might We’) model to plan our product features. And we’ll have some fun in the process!

We’ll wrap up with Q&A, networking, and drinks with the ProductTank Porto community.
