🎤 We're back—with lightning talks!
ProductTankers, we missed you! It’s time to gather again, share ideas, and connect with fellow product people—this time in the cool, vibrant office of Similarweb!
We're going back to our roots with the lightning talk format—short, punchy talks designed to spark discussion and inspiration. There will be two speakers:

Our first speaker is Matěj Tremko from SimilarWeb.
He is a Senior Product Manager at SimilarWeb, enhancing the core product with new features. Previously, he led the product team of a global venture building company. Before getting into product, he worked in sales, operations and even logistics across various industries, which helped him gain a holistic approach to the PM work.
He will share his experience of building and launching dozens of new digital products into the market. He’ll provide practical tips on how he approached the early stage product design, build, and market validation to increase chances for market traction.

Our second speaker will be Dalibor Pátek from Rohlík. Dalibor is Head of Product at Rohlik, where he leads the development of operations systems — all the software that prepares customer orders and gets them delivered. His four years at Rohlik mark the beginning of his product management journey, following earlier roles in large corporations across operations, and a career start as a developer. Today, he focuses on scaling product teams to not only improve Rohlik’s internal systems, but also make them market-ready. In his talk, he’ll share insights on building products for internal customers and how the way of working at Rohlik has evolved over time.
