Nilesh is a product leader, a mentor, and an ex-entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in B2B tech. He is passionate about building high-performing and happy teams by helping leaders be more empathetic and empowering.
Currently, Nilesh is a Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Seclore, a global leader in the data-centric security space. No problem is off-limits as Nilesh thrives on solving the unsolved. This is why Seclore recently recognized him as Entrepreneur of the Year.
Nilesh also likes to channel his creativity into paintings and artworks.

Shashank Deshpande

Product Designer, Entrepreneur & Investor with 30+ years of experience in managing & building
design-led businesses.

Shashank is the Co-Founder/CBO of Cubyts - a DesignOps platform for Designers, DesignOps
Managers, and Design Leaders to manage & scale the design function.
He is also the Managing Partner at Pentathlon Ventures.
Earlier, Shashank was the Chief Design Officer at Globant. He co-founded Clarice
Technologies, which Globant Inc. acquired in May 2015. He has institutionalized design
functions in multiple companies like Siemens Information Systems, Veritas, Globant, and HFI.
Before that, he set up a digital design consulting company - Quipus Design - that was acqui-
hired by Frontier Software/Veritas.

Founder Director/Member of the HCI Professionals Association of India (HCIPAI)
Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Design from the National
Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.
