Jeff Patton: First steps — How you can move your product design and development process forward without big time investment or buy-in

Cool but impossible. If you’ve listened to Mind the Product talks or read Medium posts on applying good product thinking and process in your organization, it may sound like a fantasy where you work.

Jeff Patton will discuss what an ideal product design and development process should look like and facilitate a conversation on how we can move towards that ideal when we work in less-than-ideal organizations. Jeff will discuss areas where we can begin to inject simple changes to the way we work with a minimum of time investment and without asking permission - although you may need to ask forgiveness after the fact!

It’s here that we need your help. We’d like you to come prepared to share small things you’ve tried without big time investment or buy-in that have helped. If you don’t have examples to share, come prepared to listen and ask questions. In the end, everyone should leave with some ideas for moving their product discovery and development process forward.
