Product Management is Dead: Long Live Product Management

Details

๐Ÿš€ Ready to take a wild ride through the ever-evolving landscape of Product Management? Join us for our last Product Tank meetup for 2023 "Product Management is Dead! Long live Product Management." It's time to demystify recent buzz where giants like Dovetail and Airbnb decided to shuffle their Product Managers out of product teams and back into the business realm or into more product-marketing style functions.

๐Ÿ” Dive deep into the heart of the matter with our seasoned panelists who'll dissect the legitimacy of Brian Chesky's bold claims and explore why the very essence of Product Management is under scrutiny. We're here to answer the burning questions: Are Product Managers still creating value, are we doing our jobs effectively? Is the craft of Product Management experiencing a revolution or a reformation? ๐Ÿคฏ

๐ŸŒŸ Brace yourself for a thrilling revelation โ€“ the essence of a PMโ€™s role remains unshaken, but it's time for us, again, to adapt and evolve. In an age of AI and ever-changing business and marketing dynamics, we'll explore explore new avenues of growth for PMโ€™s, how we should reconnect with the business side of our craft, and level up our skills in new areas. Remember, shifts in Product Management have always been the key to success, and adaptation is our secret sauce! ๐Ÿš€
