Introducing our speakers

Todd Olson is the co-founder and CEO of Pendo, a company dedicated to helping software organisations improve their products. With a background from Red Hat, Cisco, and Google, Todd has launched three startups and raised $356 million in venture capital. Under his leadership, Pendo has grown to over 2,300 customers and employs 900 people globally. His book, The Product-Led Organization, focuses on driving growth by centring the customer experience around the product.

Ben Reid is the Chief Product and Commercial Officer at Team Digital Creators, a leading product and innovation studio that specialises in transforming human-centered design and cutting-edge tech into successful ventures. 24 years in, Ben's worked with more than 100 companies across media, fintech, sports, and healthcare, developing platforms and products that have impacted over 10 million Australians.

Outside, Ben is an active investor in Sydney’s startup ecosystem and a proud father of three boys. He is passionate about shaping the future of the product discipline locally, helping to foster innovation and growth for the next generation of leaders.
