Details
****Please note this is an offline event with limited space. RSVP only if you will be able to attend in person.****
Date & Time: 24.09.2026 | Doors open at 18:00
Location: Trinidad Wiseman | Meistri tn 14, 13517 Tallinn
Join ProductTank Tallinn and Trinidad Wiseman for a hands-on AI Automation Lab focused on practical ways product people can use AI in their everyday work.
Work in a small group on a practical product challenge with support from an experienced practitioner. Choose one of four topics, from automating incoming requests to exploring problems, prioritising initiatives or building your own AI work assistant.
Workshop groups
1. Automating incoming requests
Lead: Nikolay Roll
Turn incoming messages into structured work items.
Explore how an automation can read Slack messages, identify the request type, summary, priority and requester, and send the information to Jira or Google Sheets. Learn how to automate a repetitive, clearly defined team workflow.
2. AI as a discovery tool
Lead: Mart Parve
Make sense of unclear ideas, complaints and stakeholder requests.
Bring a real product or stakeholder problem and explore how AI can identify patterns, challenge assumptions, formulate hypotheses and suggest what to investigate next. Practise using AI as a thinking partner during product discovery.
3. AI assisted decision board
Lead: Kadi Rosenthal
Compare known initiatives and decide what to tackle first.
Build an interactive Claude artifact that turns a free-text list of initiatives into a table with value, effort and risk scores. Adjust criterion weights with sliders and see the ranking change live. Test and refine the board, then capture the criteria, weights, ranking and a short rationale. Take away a working artifact link to try with your own backlog.
4. Your personal AI work assistant
Lead: Toomas Koost
Connect scattered information with the next action in your workday.
Build one assistant workflow from input to output: a meeting, note or business card comes in; AI interprets it and prepares a follow-up email, task, CRM entry or document update; you review and approve before anything is sent or changed. Explore how this can reduce everyday administration and keep documentation up to date.
