About the Speakers:

Buket Holzemann is Head of Product at N26, where she architects cross-functional teams and product delivery across complex, regulated financial systems. With hands-on leadership in embedding product culture at scale, she’s driven initiatives using a hierarchy of needs approach and shaping tools, data infrastructure, team structures, and skillsets in large organizations.

Matt LeMay is a veteran product leader, consultant, and the author of Impact‑First Product Teams (Feb 2025), in which he provides reality-tested guidance for product teams across industries and geographies to align day-to-day work with business outcomes. With a track record that includes senior roles at Songza (acquired by Google) and Bitly, his coaching has helped teams at Amazon, Spotify, Walmart, Adobe, and more escape the “low‑impact death spiral” and focus on meaningful business impact.
