Yes, yes, we know it's been too long between meetups! But meeting Zea over a coffee recently, opened up a topic that's not commonly talked about in typical product circles. So what better excuse to inviting Zea to talk to us on a topic they're super passionate about... thanks Zea!

Humans are diverse and the world is complex with many competing demands. Inclusion and wellbeing may not alway be front of mind amidst all the pressures of running a product team, but what happens when you start treating team culture itself like a product?

As product people our job is to maximise external impact for our organisations. This talk is about the internal underlying human stuff: how we can all lead culture change and ways of working help us make that impact happen.

Zea will weave together threads of product management, neuroinclusion practice and research, with their own personal journey to explore how product practice can shape culture and improve performance.

This is an authentic and open story, with an opportunity for discussion afterwards. Grounded in professional, academic, and personal experience to apply with your teams and provide a new lens for reflecting on your own leadership.
