-- UPDATE --
Let me introduce our speakers.
Paweł Koperdowski - "Delighting customers in hard-to-copy margin-enhancing ways - Product Strategy Framework".
There are tons of articles and books about building product strategy, but only one article, by Gibson Biddle blew my mind with its user-centric approach which at the same time still brings profit to the company. I want to share with you his Product Strategy Framework which he formed when he was VP of Product Management at Netflix.
Paweł is Product Manager @ Grupa Domodi, where he is responsible for home and decor e-commerce website - Homebook.pl. He is an enthusiast of A/B testing and a user-centric approach in product management.

Michał Fiech "Getting the most of product experiments"
There's no significant growth without experimentation. However, there are a lot of lost revenue, hasty business decisions and decreased conversions rates because of doing it wrong. We will go through a set of rules and a simple spreadsheet that will help you make the best decisions.
Michał is a Product Growth Manager @ volders.de. He has a solid background in growth marketing. For the last 4 years, he has been leading cross-functional teams focused on optimizing business metrics on all levels of the funnel.

Barbara Rogala "See your product from Jira perspective"
We all know that Jira is a big, complex, and sometimes... annoying tool. But, if you use it right, you can make this management tool your most significant assistant. Let me show you a few of my favorite "gadgets", which changed my product perception and decision-making process.
Barbara is Mobile App Product Manager in CCC; Experienced and certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. She gained her knowledge in various teams working for startups and large companies. Strongly focused and well-organized leader, Agile enthusiast, and people-oriented change agent.

Rafał Sobolewski "Dogfooding"
Just eat your damn dog food. How to frustrate your team and make better product decisions. I will show you how and why we use internally alpha version of our product to develop it and run the whole company.
Rafal is passionate about technology and its practical use in everyday life. As a VP Product at Nozbe, he propagates modern work methods in the #NoOffice model.
See you in a few weeks!
