ProductTank Wroclaw #9 World Product Day 2020 - Product Roadmaps & Strategy

Details

For the first time ever, we are joining forces with ProductTanks in Poland for World Product Day 2020.

We will have all the speakers live streamed on the main MindTheProduct YouTube channel. Join us during the live stream, or watch us later at your convenience! However only people who'll be attending live channel will have a chance to ask questions. This is also an opportunity to drink in good company, which definitely beats drinking on your own!

This month's ProductTank is focusing on building product strategy. After you’ve earned stakeholder agreement for your proposal, it will be time to translate that strategy into a high-level action plan. This means building a product roadmap. The speakers will share lessons learned and provide practical tips you can take away with you.
