Sunsetting a feature can be a more complex and emotionally charged process than building a new one. In his talk, Christian will walk us through a real-world case study of why and how his team and he decided to remove a major feature: audio and video calling from a professional meeting software.

Speaker Bio
Christian Kreienbühl is a Product Manager at Sherpany, where he helps build meeting management software to create a world where every meeting counts. Before working at Sherpany, he gained more than 10 years of experience in the Swiss financial industry as a Requirements Engineer and Information Security Officer. Christian holds a master’s degree in Information, Media and Technology Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.
Christian ran the Marathon for the Swiss national team at the Summer Olympics 2016 in Rio and was European Team Champion 2016 in the Half-Marathon.
