Claire Woodcock is a Staff Product Manager working in the Cortex Applied AI Research lab at Twitter. She is passionate about guiding teams to build AI-powered products that people will use, trust and love.

Before social media, Claire worked in the healthtech, fintech, media, and entertainment industries. As an AI Product specialist and ethicist, she is peer review published on the subject of Human Centred Explainable Artificial Intelligence (HCXAI) in consumer healthcare apps.

In 2000 she got into tech, joining MSN during the first dotcom bubble. In her last role as VP of Product at Zoopla, Jo led teams driving enterprise growth and radically improving the consumer and customer experiences of the entire property lifecycle.
