Ellen is a Product Manager at Lottie, where she built the company’s experimentation function from 0 to 1, embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making. She has led A/B testing, search redesigns, and conversion rate optimisation, driving significant marketplace improvements. Passionate about scaling experimentation and rapid iteration, Ellen works cross-functionally to enhance the care-seeking experience.

**[Ed Biden](https://www.linkedin.com/in/edbiden/) \- CPO & Advisor \- Hustel Badger**
Ed is the founder of Hustle Badger - an online platform that provides support and resources for PMs. He's also an interim CPTO for fast-growth start ups like FYLD and YunoJuno. Previously he was SVP of Product at Jobandtalent, CPO at FutureLearn, Director of Product at Depop, and Director of Product at Rocket Internet.
