Jillian Helms, an experienced voice in Physical Goods Product Management, will share her take on Physical Goods vs. Software. Drawing from her experience in the world of tangible products, Jillian will discuss the differences in managing physical goods and software products. She'll touch on lifecycle challenges, team structure, harnessing consumer feedback effectively, and share insights into the essential resources that drive success in the realm of Physical Goods Product Management.
Bio
Jillian Helms is currently a Product Manager at Leatherman Tool Group where she is managing both hard good and soft good product lines. She started her product career at Apeel, a Biotech startup in Santa Barbara, California. At Apeel she managed the North American Citrus product line as well as working in Product Operations.
Before her career in Product, Jillian was the Lead Sports Biomechanical Engineer at P3 - a leader in Sports Science. She worked with professional athletes from all over the world conducting biomechanical analysis focused on performance enhancement and injury prevention. Jillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University. Before studying engineering, Jillian had a career as a professional performer in NYC - credits include Radio City Rockettes, National Tour of Cabaret, Chicago. Jillian is passionate about equity in the workforce and she is actively engaged with Women in Product and the Society of Women Engineers.

Tolu Adedipe, Senior PM at Mineral, is a Product leader with extensive experience delivering high ROI products and features for large E-commerce brands and Platforms. Through partnerships with a wide array of cross-functional teams, I've garnered nearly a decade of experience leading the execution and delivery of B2C and B2B digital products.
Tolu's experience includes establishing product vision, strategy, and execution for major digital products in Brick and Mortar Retail, E-commerce, and HR & Compliance sectors, eading the successful launch and execution of Digital in Store experiences targeted at loyalty monetization and engagement. Tolu is also versed in Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and HR & Compliance.
