The Product Management world came through a rude awakening when the ZIRP (Zero Interest Rate Policies) ended in March 2022. And companies became tight on cash. This forced us to mature fast and go beyond pedaling Agile, OKRs, and others without showing a clear ROI. So how can you transform and improve your Product Organization to survive and thrive in a difficult climate? And how will Gen AI accelerate our life and work?

Mirela worked with companies like Zalando, Omio, DeepL, and The World Health Organization. Her background is in Computer Science with an MBA. She's been doing Product Management for over 12 years, half of them in a leadership role (50+ people headcount). Based in Berlin since 2015, Mirela spends her downtime hiking, reading Sci-fi like the Culture Series, playing board games, and painting.
