**About the talk:** The reason why Product Operations is growing as a new Product discipline, once you have it you won’t be able to live without it.

Transformation, process, governance, data, communication, stakeholder management – all the things that perhaps go to the way side of a busy Product Managers world. I’m looking forward to sharing with you how having a strong and mighty product operations team (or even principles) can help build high performing products that not just the product manager sees, but the entire business! I’ll share with you some of what we’ve implemented at Keyloop to help a multi-million euro company transform a disconnected siloed product team, into a more efficient data driven one connecting to the business for sustained growth and advocacy.
