Viktoria's Talk: Essential Business Skills for Product Managers

Product Managers should be not only user advocates and delivery managers, but also commercial leaders of their product. Unfortunately, many PMs shy away from looking into the business side of their work, thinking that they need financial education or an MBA to master it. In this talk, we will uncover that many PMs already possess most of the needed commercial skills, and understand how to apply them in the workplace to create impact and strengthen relationships with business stakeholders.

About Viktoria: Viktoria is a Fractional CPO / VP Product at Product People, a company that provides interim product management services to startups and enterprises. With a PhD in Neuroscience and 10 years of research experience, she brings a scientific mindset and a data-driven approach to product development and strategy.
She has led teams and grown communities, streamlined processes, managed high-impact initiatives, and delivered outcomes for various B2B and B2C products in diverse domains, such as mobility, digital health, travel, edtech, cybersecurity, real estate, and logistics.

Rebecca's Talk: Product Meets Profit: Financial Models for Product Success

Join Rebecca for a fun (hopefully) and accessible (definitely) introduction to adding Financial Modelling to your Product toolkit. Through her personal experience, she'll share how you can get started with Financial Modelling, enabling you to connect product vision with real business value.

About Rebecca: Currently a Senior Product Manager at BBC Maestro, she oversees product growth and B2B strategies. With five years of experience in product management across various industries, including Healthtech and Transport, she thrives on developing new strategic initiatives, crafting great user experiences, and building customer-centric, happy teams. She live in London with her partner Alex, and their Dog, Luna 🙂
