WORKSHOP - Intro to Hoshin Kanri: Creating strategic clarity. LIMITED SPOTS!

Details
Hi Product Enthusiasts!
We're baaaaack and excited to kick off an exciting 2025! We took your feedback about wanting more hands-on experiences with your fellow members and are excited to welcome Adam Hope, who will lead an incredible workshop for us.
About the workshop:
Does this sound familiar?
Observation 1: Intelligent team-members are low on engagement and productivity because they can’t see any strategy behind how work is prioritised – it’s all just seems to be "hit and hope"
… meanwhile…
Observation 2: Executives have concerned conversations in the boardroom about whether any of the work being done by the teams at the front line is delivering "the strategy".
Result: Missing an opportunity to unleash "free" productivity gains by simply aligning work to purpose, goals, priorities and strategy.
If so, this workshop is for you.
Hoshin Kanri is a lean management practice which can provide short and long term benefits for organisations and individuals. It can be thought of as an alternative to OKRs.
What we will cover
Adam Hope will share his experiences using Hoshin Kanri and facilitate a collaborative workshop giving you:
- A basic overview of Hoshin Kanri
- An understanding of how and when Hoshin Kanri can be used at work and in your personal life or career development
- Hands on experience of using Hoshin Kanri
- Access to templates and resources
We hope you will leave the workshop inspired to continue the journey and share what you’ve learnt with others.
