Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is ideally suited for Product Managers and leaders who are unfamiliar with Hoshin Kanri. However it is suitable for anyone with a desire to improve the quality of setting strategy and planning at work or in their personal lives.

Is there anything I need to do before the workshop?
There are no prerequisites for this workshop beyond an interest in learning. All materials will be supplied (pens, paper, templates, etc).

What do I need to do during the workshop?

• You will be working in small groups applying Hoshin Kanri techniques in a simulated environment
• The workshop will be fast paced and collaborative so you will need to be comfortable getting involved and asking questions.
• Be on time. We have limited time and to make the most of it we should all begin the session together.
