From Alignment to Impact: Mastering Collaborating with Teams & Stakeholders

This month, we'll be hearing from two product leaders about building better relationships, whether that is 1:1, in your team, or business-wide. Don't worry though, this is not aimed exclusively at product folks that line manage, it's for anyone who works in a team to be equipped to empower and excite their teams to build things that matter.

Phil's Talk: His talk is focused on the topic of trust: without it, product managers and product leaders cannot do their jobs effectively. His talk will help you understand how trusted you are and provide you with a simple framework (from the professional services industry) on how to actively build trust with those around you. If you don't feel seen or valued yourself, or want to strengthen your work relationships, this talk will give you a practical way forward.

About Phil: Phil is an experienced product operator and is currently Head of Product at Utopi, a Series A startup in Glasgow. He previously worked at [Booking.com](http://booking.com/) and Sainsbury's, and prior to that spent a decade helping create new products, services and businesses for clients across the UK.

Gianna's Talk: Her talk is aimed at Product Managers of all levels and will focus on actionable steps to build high-performing “super teams” that deliver exceptional outcomes. Drawing on tested principles like the Positive Teams approach, quarterly steering reviews, and strategies for fostering team understanding, this session will equip you with practical tools to create alignment, improve collaboration, increase team morale, and achieve your product goals. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your current team or start from scratch, this talk will provide the insights you need to lead with impact.
