Hey product enthusiasts!

Ready for our first workshop of 2026? As a product manager, it often feels like you’re drinking from a hosepipe turned to 11. User interviews, support tickets, sales calls, market reports, analytics, behavioural data, surveys.
Combine that with having to hit moving targets, fast shifting markets, and competing priorities. It can all feel a bit too much.

Luckily our new pal, AI, used in the right way can help turn that hosepipe into a gentle stream that you’ll be able to pluck insights from, spin up compelling reports and presentations, and swiftly switch between altitudes to see the problem and the solution in crispy 4K resolution.

About the workshop:
In this workshop we’ll look at building your own product brain: filled with your hand-picked insights, the data sources that matter and connected to your product’s OKRs and customer's JTBD.

We’ll put you in the hot seat where your team will work with a synthetic business, and use AI agents to challenge a company's strategy, uncover blind spots, and make bold product decisions.

This isn't a prompting tutorial. It's a strategic thinking exercise that happens when you use AI as an engine.

The logistics:

  • Bring: Your own AI agent (whatever stack you use) and a laptop.
  • Bring: Your hardest-working strategic brain.
  • Leave with: Practical framework skills you can apply to your roadmap the very next morning.
