How do I AI? Day in the life of Product Managers
AI is everywhere, but knowing what to actually do with it is a different story. This month's ProductTank Edinburgh skips the theory and gets straight to the workflows.
We've got three PMs from different setups – enterprise, startup, and freelance. Join in with Steven (@Skyscanner), Joel & Jamie (@Meta) as they share how they're genuinely using AI day-to-day: the tools, the habits, the shortcuts, and the compromises.
What to expect:
- Show & Tell: Live demos of real AI setups in action. We're talking going beyond personal knowledge bases, managing AI meeting notes and integrated workflows using agents. No curated outputs - just the actual workflow.
- Fireside Chat: An honest conversation about what it's really like adopting AI as a PM. We'll dig into: tool restrictions at work and how to navigate them, data privacy, the new bottlenecks AI creates, and how to know when something's worth automating. Audience questions and reactions are welcome throughout.
- Build it live: This one's up to you. Bring a problem, something you've been meaning to automate, explore, or build and we'll try to get it started, live, from scratch. The point isn't a finished solution; it's showing you how to get unstuck.
Who's it for? PMs at any level, whether you've got a solid AI routine or you've been meaning to figure this out for months. Both will get something from the night.
