Make your Topic fascinating and Engage your audience!

Details
One of the toughest tricks for speakers is to engage your audience and make them interested in what you have to say, and then say what you know in an interesting way.
In fact, most with lots of experience speaking seemingly cannot do this (how many University Lecturers or Teachers are actually interesting?). Often these speakers are unaware they are average at best.
But what if your position, your income, your desire to make yourself worthy to your audience depends on this skill?
Is there a Science to be learned?
Is there a shortcut?
How do you adapt your topic, all that knowledge and all you want to say, in a way which grabs your audience by the short and curlies and not bore them to death with everything you want to say?
Even without this skill, your audience in general may actually be very polite. Mildly interested. Applaud. Say nice things to you afterwards.
But they will not ‘BUY INTO YOU’.
You will be at the end of a long line of people who impinge as much as google search into your topic or the most generic short videos. And as the applause dies down, so will be the memory of what you said.
The alternative?
Engage your audience and make your topic fascinating!
