Know all your audience's problems & worries. So they know YOU are the solution!

One of the most important things to gain full engagement and realisation from the audience is to understand them. What their problems are. Their worries. But they might never tell another soul.
They know other people go through these things but they still can't say it right even to themselves.

They are waiting. Waiting for someone to say it to them. Say it for them. Say it in a way they could not have done themselves and when they hear those words they realise they are no longer alone. And life for that little bit, might have the hope of looking up.

Could you be that messiah or prophet for those things that keep them up at night in a prayer they could not voice?
How do you say those things and have the audience MUST follow and know what you know so that that hope does not disappear from their world?
And if you truly do have a solution to their travails, would it not be your duty to master the words in those rites?

There is a way. A way of speaking to groups of people and they feel you are speaking just to them. For how else would you know what is in their hearts? The words and metaphors and stories, said in just the right way and right shape to penetrate to the soul.
