Saturday Acting Workshop - CORIOLANUS
Theatre Deli, 107 Leadenhall Street, London, GBFollowing our critically acclaimed productions of OTHELLO, MACBETH and TWELFTH NIGHT the Acting gymnasium's Saturday workshop returns to Theatre Deli on Saturday 28th March with a new imagining of Shakepeare's CORIOLANUS. Plenty of superb roles available!!
WE WILL PERFORM THE SHOW FROM 6TH-11TH JULY AT NETWORK THEATRE WATERLOO.
Set in a post-apocalyptic landscape, Coriolanus, a fierce and proud Roman general, earns fame after defeating Rome’s enemies, especially at Corioli. Despite his military success, he despises the common people and refuses to flatter them for political gain. Urged to seek public office, his arrogance alienates citizens, leading to his banishment. In anger, he allies with his former enemy Aufidius and marches against Rome. As destruction looms, his mother, Volumnia, pleads with him to spare the city. Moved by her words, he relents, choosing honor over revenge. His decision saves Rome but seals his fate, as he is killed for betraying his allies in return.

Dracula
Location not specified yetOur new multi-media production production blends period and modern. Video and animation by BATFA and EMMY nominee Paul Donnellon along with a pumping techno soundtrack in a period setting.
Ovi Puscas takes the lead following his critically acclaimed appearences in Miss Julie, Anthony and Cleopatra, Six Characters in Search of an Author, The Revenger's Tragedy and the film PATCH.

Count Dracula leaves Transylvania for England, bringing darkness, seduction, and death. Solicitor Jonathan Harker discovers the vampire’s horrifying nature inside Dracula’s castle and narrowly escapes. In England Dracula preys upon Lucy Westenra whose mysterious illness confuses her friends until Professor Van Helsing identifies vampirism. After Lucy dies and rises undead Van Helsing and his companions hunt Dracula relentlessly. Mina Harker, Jonathan’s wife, becomes Dracula’s next target, creating a desperate race against time. Tracking the Count back to Transylvania the group destroys him before sunset freeing Mina from his curse and ending Dracula’s reign of terror.
