Join us for an evening of honest conversation on how to find clarity and confidence in your career. You’ll hear from women with diverse career journeys across coaching, corporate, and creative fields, all united by a shared belief in helping others navigate their own paths. They’ll share real experiences of changing direction, handling uncertainty, and leading with authenticity.

What to expect:
• 6:30–7:00 PM – Arrive, check in, grab a drink, and settle in
• 7:00–7:40 PM – Panel discussion (interactive and conversational in style)
• 7:40–8:00 PM – Audience Q&A
• 8:00–8:30 PM – Informal networking and connecting

You’ll leave with:
• Fresh perspective on how to define success on your own terms
• Practical ways to navigate career transitions and setbacks
• A sense of connection and reassurance that you’re not alone in figuring it out

The evening will take place in a cozy, inclusive space tucked inside the beautiful vaults of Covent Garden. It’s the perfect setting for open, honest conversation and connection.

Speakers:
Emma Handley – Founder, Aerio Consulting
• Marketing Consultant, Career Coach and Host of The Marketing Update podcast. Previously, Digital Marketing Director at Epic Games. A member of the "been made redundant" Club and an avid reader.
• What Emma wants attendees to take away from the event:

> The confidence to make decisions in environments that are often out of your control.

Samantha De Alba – Career Clarity Coach, SDA
• I didn’t have a straight path - I’ve changed careers three times by building the bridge between where I was and where I wanted to be. That’s the work I do with clients: identify the real gap, add the right skills, and move with purpose. I’m direct, empathetic, and honest. You bring the effort; I bring the tools and clarity.
• What Samantha wants attendees to take away from the event:

> Come curious, not certain, leave with clarity, momentum, and next steps.

Julianna Walsh, Ph.D. – Founder, LeadHerself
• Organisational Psychologist, volunteer coach for Smart Works, and founder of LeadHerself. I’ve moved from academia to consulting to tech to entrepreneurship, trading “shoulds” for what truly matters. My work helps women lead themselves with confidence and clarity.
• What Julianna wants attendees to take away from the event:

> I want you to feel seen in your uncertainty and excited to own your next step.

This event is hosted by LeadHerself, a community and app for women looking to own their careers with courage and confidence.

Drinks are not included in the ticket price but will be available to purchase at the bar.

We may take a few photos during the event for our social media. If you’d prefer not to appear in them, just let us know when you arrive.

Student discounts and Pay What You Can options are available to make the event accessible. If cost is a barrier, contact the host to discuss what works for you.
