If I can't make the session, will there be a replay?
Unfortunately, a replay will not be available. However, if you can't attend, no worries! This session runs on the 4th Tuesday of every month, so feel free to join next month.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the session?
We suggest finding a cozy, quiet spot to relax without interruptions. Whether you lie down or sit in a supportive chair, comfort is key to getting the most out of your experience.

What if I'm running late?
You can join the Zoom room within the first 5-10 minutes. However, once the hypnosis portion begins, we won’t be able to admit late participants, as it could disrupt the experience for you and others. We recommend logging on a few minutes early to ensure you don’t miss out on the session.
