It is a framework for addressing the geopolitical implications of quantum advancements. With these advancements come significant cybersecurity threats. Guest speakers Yara J. Fernandes and Farai Mazhandu introduce the Africa Quantum Consortium and its work in advancing quantum diplomacy. We will discuss the intersection of physics and cryptography, as well as post-quantum cryptographic security strategies.
