Pub Crawl: The Sedgley Seven

Daytime leisurely Pub crawls can be quite popular, and we are slightly overdue to venture west of the M5! We will spend a whole afternoon sampling fine ales and ciders, and socializing at our leisure in the very accessible local town of Sedgley.

Itinerary
Arrive by train and/or bus, and we will spend an hour in each of several good pubs around the town centre, which are between 1 minute and 10 minutes apart on foot .

POSSIBLE RUNNING ORDER, SUBJECT TO DECISIONS ON THE DAY:
Meet 11:00 - 11:55 at The Clifton (JDW, DY3 1RX)
Pub2 12:00 - 12:55 Swan Inn (DY3 3LP)
Pub3 13:00 - 13:50 The White Horse (DY3 1SA)
Pub4 14:00 - 14:50 Mount Pleasant (DY3 1RH)
Pub5 15:00 - 15:55 Bulls Head (DY3 1JA)
Pub6 16:00 - 16:55 Beacon Hotel (DY3 1JE)
Pub7 1700 - 17.55 The White Lion (DY3 1JF)
All these pubs stock cask ales of small and regional breweries.

The idea is that we gather at the Clifton (Wetherspoons) to allow for time variations in our public transport over a coffee or a pint, with a view to starting our good-pub tour at Midday sharp. Breakfast is available at The Clifton. Cobs and snacks may be available at some of the others.

Note: We can't guarantee the exact running order in advance, to maintain flexibility and to discourage joining and leaving at odd times, which should maintain the social dynamic of a fully-attended event, and avoid effort and disruption looking for people repeatedly.

So you need to arrive somewhere between 11am and 12pm (which allows plenty of leeway) please and then stick with us.

Transport
Public Transport is strongly recommended, to avoid driving. Use bustimes.org to identify suitable routes.

Attendance & Viability
This event will proceed subject to viability of numbers committed to attending. As with all events, please RSVP courteously, which means that no-shows and withdrawals in the last 24 hours are impolite. Thank you for your understanding.
