Join us Saturday, September 26th for a free community yoga class designed to make wellness and movement accessible to everyone.

Take a break from the daily grind — and a deep breath while you’re at it.

This beginner-friendly class, led by experienced instructors, invites you to stretch, move, and unwind in a supportive environment surrounded by your community.

Every participant will receive the following for FREE:

  1. a yoga mat
  2. a reusable water bottle
  3. a cooling towel

All three are yours to keep!

This event is made possible through Seattle Parks and Recreation’s Get Moving initiative and is part of YPCommunities’ effort to remove barriers to fitness and introduce healthy, inclusive activities to local neighborhoods.

Because this program is funded in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, priority registration will be given to residents living in and around South Seattle.

Note: If you live outside South Seattle, you’re still welcome to sign up for the waitlist — we’ll notify you if space becomes available.

Doors open at 11:00 AM for check-in and setup. Stay after class to meet your neighbors, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with the local community.
