What’s in the way of your professional path, growth, transition…?
What are you worried, excited, and/or confused about? Want to float an idea or kill an excuse? OHOP is a brand new BYOC (bring your own challenge) event, so it depends on you to provide the content: whether problem or opportunity.

Format:
Quick roll call: who has a challenge to present? Who’s just observing?
Each participant present (time limit based on # of presenters)
The host will:
Ask the presenter clarifying questions
Then either:
- Diagnose the situation and hopefully prescribe solutions
- Find suitable experts with specialized knowledge for future OHOP
(sometimes both)
