Cossoul presents the fourth edition of the cycle “Uma tarde com...”, welcoming Surma, one of the most original voices in contemporary Portuguese music. Creator of a sound universe that blends jazz, electronics, and multiple influences, Surma builds on stage moments of deep immersion and delicacy. With a career marked by international tours and collaborations in film, theatre, and dance projects, the artist stands out for her singular identity and luminous presence.

This cycle offers informal late-afternoon performances, blending improvisation, experimental approaches, intimacy, and the unexpected. The performances take place in a relaxed and intimate setting — without chairs, with poufs, cushions, and open windows between the bar and our performance space, breaking the barriers of formality.

Each Sunday brings a different invitation. “Uma tarde com...” — every week, a new artist fills this informal space.

Music in full-bodied expression, with textures, layers, and detours. A rare solo, to be listened to slowly.
