First meetup! Introductions and first discussion

Welcome to our first meeting!
This first event will allow each of us to introduce ourselves and get to know one another a bit. Afterwards, we will open up the discussion to (1) determine our most passionate topics for the next few meetings and (2) draft a group process that we can stick to in order to ensure safe and productive discussions in the future. (I have some ideas for both of these, but I would love to hear your thoughts as well)

efficient discussions during future meetings
