St. Charles County Progressives

Welcome to St. Charles County Progressives!

We are a new group, formed in Jan 2026, to bring together individuals in our area who consider themselves to be somewhere to the left of center on the political spectrum. Some of you may be looking to do social events, while others may be looking to learn more about how they can help make change in our area. Our goal is to provide an environment where all of our members feel a little less isolated and have the opportunity to meet other like-minded people for conversation, to socialize, to make new friends, and maybe even work together to help to make a little change around us.

We plan to have a regular, monthly meeting in St. Charles County where we will meet up for conversation but also to learn about an organization or group that is working to make change in our area. But we will also look to our members to help suggest other types of gatherings, fun events, or activities that we can do together as a group. (Although many of our events will be in the St. Charles County area, we are not at all opposed to doing events in St. Louis or other areas.)

Group members pay NO joining/monthly fees. When joining, please include a profile picture that clearly identifies you. Also, your member profile name should match the name you want to be called.

When RSVPing to an event, please make every attempt to show up. If you cannot attend, please change your status as soon as possible or send the organizers a message, even if the event has started. Having an accurate headcount is very important.
