Governance and Institution

• What we'll do
This Meetup will be part of an Democracy Cafe (an unconference style event) hosted by darVOZ at Newspeak House - the culmination of a week of activity. There'll be a variety of people present, with a contingent from DiEM25 discussing democracy and collaboration.
I'd like us to begin a conversation around the Institution and Governance of this project.

• How it can develop and maintain a solidly horizontal, decentralised mode of operation without losing focus, clarity or direction.
• How it can maintain a strong, clear purpose while retaining the ability to adapt and respond.
• How it will deal with attack, entryism, disagreement without falling apart or reverting to hierarchical power.

These are large questions. I believe there will be others present who will be as interested in these questions as we will need to be.
