After spending almost two decades working in and around large businesses, I've learnt a thing or two about Project Management. When I set up my first small business, I learnt that there wasn't much out there in terms of support for small businesses to learn the tools and techniques for successful projects. In this meet up, we will come together to learn about how to apply methods and techniques to improve how we run projects, ideas and initiatives in our businesses and in everyday life.
This is to help those learn the fundamentals of Project Management as it is a big part of everyday life. We can learn how to apply these lessons, what it means and how to work with Project Management teams to get the best outcomes.
Everything can be a Project from planning a holiday, getting married or opening a new store. Lets learn more about it.
