Startup is about a new business or a new venture within an existing one. At the end of the day it is just another project. Statistics are bad and many fail.

What should startup project managers do to improve performance? What do teams need in order to create more value? We are going to try to answer these questions and we are going to discuss how new and existing frameworks may help. We are going to go through change management to risk management and we are going to share experiences.
